This Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for returning footwear, handbags, watches, and other accessories purchased from our Website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be purchased directly from ladyinchic.com.

The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and authenticity cards (if applicable) intact.

Shoes: Must be unworn (only tried indoors on a clean surface) and returned in their original shoe box and packaging.

Handbags: Must be unused, with protective coverings, dust bags, and tags still attached.

Watches & Accessories: Must be unworn, with protective films, warranty cards, tags, and original boxes intact.

Final sale items, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable at checkout are not eligible for return (unless defective).
2. How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email info@ladyinchic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Obtain Return Information: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Items must be securely packed in original packaging with the RMA number included.

Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of shipment.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds cover the item cost but exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to a faulty product or our error).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at info@ladyinchic.com with photos. We will provide free return shipping and issue a refund or replacement.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, or unsanitary returns.
7. Late or Missing Returns

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
